I am an older, very mature woman and have managed my life and six children with confidence and generally successfully. However, I lost my husband several years ago and my children are all grown up and scattered. \n\nI have a lot of friends and lots of activities to attend plus travelling to see my friends and family. Why then was my life a mess? My house and garden very neglected and jobs and promises just not done and my health failing? \n\n Laurie, has been wonderful in helping me to understand that my life has changed and that I can prioritise what is important, now that she has helped me put my life in perspective. We have set up goals and strategies to help me get on track and not be overwhelmed. I am working on my health and fitness and am getting my house and garden cleared. All slowly and at a pace that is suitable for me and allows me to still go out and about without feeling guilty. I have always been a fiercely independent woman and asking for help in sorting out my life was not something I would have ever thought of doing. \n\n I am fortunate that Laurie, is sympathetic and caring and extremely thoughtful with her suggestions and guidance. When I first started coaching sessions with Laurie, I was really struggling. I have ADHD and I've tried managing my finances with spreadsheets etc, but nothing ever worked. \nLaurie helped me break down the fear I had around managing money in a way that allowed me to apply my strengths (playfulness, creativity). \nshe helped me develop a way of personifying my finances that is gradually helping me to see them as friends and not something I'm in battle with. \nI highly recommend her!<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
